ProcrastiBAKING

Someone in the Summer Accelerated Program did not procrastinate, she funneled her energies into procrastiBaking.  With last week's crazy week behind me, an not too much to do this week I decided to try out a CRAZY recipe my sorority posted last week.

This summer we ate a lot of strange things so we could pack in as many calories as possible so how could I resist making Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies.  These are definitely for those on a diet/and or a person with Diabetes.

Start by making your favorite chocolate chip cookie dough.  Remember that each cookie is really like two chocolate chip cookies so plan accordingly.  


Add some dough to the top and bottom of your Oreo.


Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes depending on how large you make them.  
The first batch I made were monstrous!


Let cool and enjoy!
