Put Miles on Your Mat

So it seems like all I am doing these days is conquering miles ...
  • Miles on my bike
  • Miles running for an upcoming marathon
  • Miles on the elliptical while reading/studying for school
  • Miles walking around the unit doing milieu checks, taking vitals, getting people to go to group, etc.
Today I got to put in a few more miles, but this time on my yoga mat.  Lululemon in Harbor East has put together a 12 week complementary yoga class for runners.  Plagued with sore muscles and tight IT bands over the last two weeks, I decided to grab my yoga mat, which has been collecting dust since being unpacked in August, and give it a whirl.

The hour long study break was definitely worth the pain.  Feeling more limber and centered I now leave you for one final (and very long) pharmacology study session.  This is the last major thing standing between me and spring break!
